• An initial deposit of $1,000 is required to confirm your booking. 

• The balance is due four weeks prior to the event date, allowing us to ensure all preparations are in place for your special day.

• Our prices include travel within 20km of preston. Travel to locations more than 20km from Preston will incur a travel fee. Please complete our enquiry form for a formal quote.

• If extra service time is desired, it can be provided for an extra cost.

• Events on public holidays will incur a 20% surcharge to reflect our increased cost of operating on a public holiday. We thank you for your understanding.

• Flexible Rescheduling: We understand plans can change. You may reschedule your event once, according to our terms. Though refunds aren't available, we're committed to meeting your needs and arranging a new date for your event.
