  • Weekday events: $1,800 ex GST

  • Weekend events: $2,000 ex GST

This covers food, staffing, setup, service, and clean-up.

Locations & Availability

Q: Where is Cornutopia based?

We’re based in Preston, but we travel all over Victoria. From Geelong to Gippsland and beyond, if the roads go there, we probably do too.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you can. We book out quickly, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Ideally, secure your date 2–6 months ahead.

  3. Lock in your date with a $1,000 deposit

  4. Confirm final guest numbers one week out

  5. We show up, serve amazing food, and clean up after

Q: What’s included in your catering packages?

All packages include:

  • Staff to prep, cook, and serve

  • Setup and pack-down

  • Plates, cutlery, napkins, and serving gear

  • Travel (fees may apply for long distances)

  • Unlimited food service for the package duration

Q: How long do you serve food for?

  • Basic Package: 90 minutes

  • Premium Package: 2 hours

  • Ultimate Package (with dessert): 3 hours

Additional time can be added if needed.

Q: Do you need power or water access?

We need access to a single standard powerpoint, but can also run self-sufficiently if absolutely necessary. Let us know what your site offers.

Q: How much space does your truck need?

Just a flat, accessible space for a large van. We don’t need kitchen facilities, tables, or extra support, everything happens inside the truck.

Q: When do you arrive for an event?

We arrive about 45 minutes before service to set up and stay 15–30 minutes after to clean down.

Payments & Cancellations

Q: When is payment due?

  • A $1,000 deposit locks in your event.

  • Final balance is due 4 weeks before your booking date.

Q: Can I change my guest numbers after booking?

Yes, just finalise numbers 7 days before the event. That’s when we lock in food quantities and prep.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule your event once if needed, subject to availability. We don’t offer refunds on confirmed bookings.
